Like many other people, I have had bad experiences at lash salons. I've been cancelled on last minute, I've left with itchy and irritated eyes, and, worst of all, I've suffered severe damage to my natural lashes. In an industry with very little regulation, it's easy to make a mistake in choosing a lash artist.
I'm commonly asked how I got into the lash industry, and this is the reason. I believe that people shouldn't have to go through these painful situations to have beautiful lashes. So, I created an environment in which I would want to be serviced.
